Instructions for use

The application of electronic appearance allows consult notifications and communications of this administration to the interested parties, in accordance with article 43 of Law 39/2015, on 1st of October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations.

Access the service, you must authenticate through the Cl@ve platform or the Cl@ves Concertadas platform. Once authenticated, you will be presented with a list of pending notifications. You can also access previously received notifications or communications through the corresponding section.

Access the content of the pending notification, you will have Access its details and accept the terms of the appearance. To do this, you must make the electronic signature of the delivery receipt of the notification. Once accepted, you will be able Access the notified document and the receipt.

In the case of being obliged to interact with the administration by electronic means, or not if you have expressly requested it, the notifications will be understood as rejected after ten clear days from the date they are made available of the notification, in accordance with article 43.2 of the aforementioned Law 39/2015.

Requirements

Access the service, you must register on the Cl@ve platform (you can obtain more information on this platform at http://clave.gob.es/) or through Cl@ves Concertadas (https://sede.seguridadaerea.gob.es/safcce-internet).

Access the content of the notifications, you must have an electronic signature certificate if you authenticated through Cl@ve. You can get more information at http://firmaelectronica.gob.es/.

To carry out the signature process, you must use a web browser that supports execution of Java applets or have Autofirma application installed. You can get this app at http://firmaelectronica.gob.es/Home/Descargas.html.
